I’m so glad you explained that to G! My sister wears a nightguard…just pop it in as a “store is closed tonight” sign…he’ll figure out when you’re in the mood and when you’re not that way!

i grind my teeth too…..i’ve always grinded…my dentist said it was from stress…he said if i ate an apple right before bed it would be better….a home remedy i guess…do i do it? no….but thought i would share.
